Four Points By Sheraton Lahore, Lahore

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with nice rooms that ranged from accommodating 4 people to an excellent two-room suite, spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The food and drink were delicious, and the service, especially from Mr Muhammad Afzal, was very professional and caring. The location in the heart of the city was impressive, with easy access to many tourist spots, and rooftop dinner was a highlight. The dining experience was delightful, offering a mix of South Asian and continental breakfast options.

The hotel has been a fantastic experience overall, especially with the helpful guidance from Atif Hayat about city attractions and the best food in town. The rooms were always tidy, well-stocked, and cozy, with a promised upgrade to a double room on the Executive floor. The stay was nice and comfortable, with a few minor hiccups here and there.

The hotel is located at the heart of the city, close to business hubs like the stock exchange and duty-free shops, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are luxurious with a very comfortable bed, although they might be a bit on the small side, and the mattress could be more comfortable. The service is top-notch, with incredibly caring and accommodating staff offering excellent service. The dining experience is outstanding, offering a variety of dishes, although there were some issues with staff professionalism. The facilities are modern and provide convenience to guests.

The hotel was fantastic with clean rooms, superb breakfast, and educated and mannered staff. Everything was just fantastic. The mattress could be more comfortable, but the room was ideal for sleeping.
